The United Conservatives Doctrine

Our Purpose

United Conservatives exists to educate, engage, and unite conservatives at the local level so that citizens—not insiders—shape the future of our community.

We believe lasting political change begins before elections, through informed citizens, transparent processes, and active participation in civic life.

Who We Are

United Conservatives is:

  • grassroots, citizen-led organization
  • Independent of any political party
  • Focused on education, civic engagement, and accountability
  • Open to conservatives, independents, and like-minded citizens

United Conservatives is not:

  • A political party
  • A governing body
  • A replacement for any statutory party organization

We exist to strengthen civic culture, not to control party machinery.

Our Core Principles

United Conservatives is grounded in these beliefs:

  • Individual responsibility and liberty — Free, informed citizens are the foundation of a healthy republic.
  • Limited, transparent government — Power must be exercised openly, lawfully, and with public oversight.
  • Community before hierarchy — Decisions should reflect the will of the people, not insulated leadership.
  • Bottom-up participation — Local governance works best when citizens engage early and consistently.
  • Integrity over loyalty — Truth and accountability matter more than titles or party allegiance.

Our Mission in Practice

United Conservatives is committed to:

Education
Providing forums, workshops, and clear explanations of how local government actually works—so citizens can decide for themselves.

Civic Engagement
Encouraging lawful participation in boards, committees, precinct roles, and neighborhood-level involvement.

Accountability
Promoting transparency, ethical leadership, and citizen oversight. Accountability is stewardship, not hostility.

Relationship to Political Parties

We respect the role political parties play in elections and governance.
However:

  • We do not operate under party authority
  • We do not manage party affairs
  • We do not serve as a party auxiliary

We encourage citizens to engage where they are most effective—while maintaining independence of thought and action.

Standards of Conduct

Members and leaders are expected to:

  • Act with integrity and respect
  • Engage in good-faith discussion
  • Disagree without personal attacks
  • Reject intimidation, secrecy, and coercion
  • Uphold the law and ethical standards

Civility strengthens credibility.
Discipline protects the mission.

Guiding Principle

A healthy community is built by informed citizens who show up, ask questions, and take responsibility for their local institutions.

We do not seek power for ourselves.
We seek capacity in our citizens.

Closing

United Conservatives exists because local communities matter.
When citizens are educated, engaged, and united around shared principles, accountability follows—and better leadership emerges.

This doctrine is our compass.
It defines who we are, how we act, and what we will protect.

On July 13, 2024, during a campaign rally near Butler, Pennsylvania, President Donald J. Trump survived an assassination attempt. In the aftermath, this powerful and historic photograph captured him with blood streaming from his right ear, his right fist raised defiantly in the air. This striking image symbolizes resilience and determination.
